Tomorrow we start measuring and weighing in for the Slim-Down Challenge! This challenge will bring a new way of eating for most of you, but does not require a significant change in diet. It's not about what you eat - it's about WHEN you eat. It involves intermittent fasting. There are several ways you can do it. Most find it very easy and very effective!

The challenge will last for 30 days and the member with the most dramatic change will receive a free month membership! Nothing to lose by signing up except excess fat! You must get weighed and measured by Saturday, January 6 to participate!
