WOD
Sport & Fitness: 4 Sets • 5 barbell hip thrusts (build to 80% of your 1RM deadlift weight) • 10 Bulgarian Split Squats w/DBs *Fitness should do very light or unweighted hip thrusts and split squats with back foot on floor WOD: 12 min. AMRAP: 30 burpees then in remaining time do continuous rounds of: •10 DB Box Steps •10 DB Squat cleans (You should pick a weight that should be challenging but allows you to move quickly) *Optional post wod core focus will be posted
