SPORT: Sumo Deadlifts 5x5x5x5 (increasing) FITNESS: 4 rds. 10 barbell good mornings 10 slam balls Then, SPORT & FITNESS: "HIPPY TO THE HIP HIP HOP" 5 x 2-minute rounds of: •75 double-unders (or 100 singles) •Max reps of sumo deadlift high pull (75/55)(55/35) Rest 1 minute between rounds. *Score is number of SDHP reps completed each round.
