COACH SCHEDULE | The regular classes Rachael coaches are weekdays at noon and the Sunday Burn class, but she also fills in multiple times throughout the week.
CROSSFIT ENTHUSIAST | Rachael has been doing CrossFit 4-6 days a week consistently since 2009.
OCCUPATION | When not coaching, Rachael practices Law.
HOBBIES | Spending as much time on or beside the ocean and researching core and glute strength building exercises and individualized approaches for optimal nutrition.
